This is a beginner - intermediate 6-week 5k training guide for someone who is running between 10 to 14 miles per week comfortably, can run at least 3 miles in one go and ready to break that 30 minute mark! Running just under a 30 minute 5k brings you to 9:38 average pace per mile or less. Tuesday’s are the dedicated speed workout days and after the warm-up do 2-3 strides before getting into the workout.
