Your 24 week periodized training plan to get you in good shape for your Odyssey Aquabike full distance race. The race features a 3.8km River Swim and 180km Rolling Bike. These 24 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training & time efficiency. It features 3 swims, 3 rides and 1 S&C session & a swim to bike brick workout per week.
