About This Program
Let’s train for your next (or first!) race! All custom training plans include:
· Initial Consult via Zoom/Facetime
· Personalized daily training calendar
· Education on training strategies, types of running workouts (i.e. – long run vs tempo run vs fartlek workouts), and pacing
· Education on when/how to incorporate cross training, strength training, stretching, and yoga
· Race fueling/nutrition education as needed
· Injury prevention education including warm-up/cool down, form drills, stretching, and modalities as needed
· Unlimited contact via email/Final Surge for ongoing education, encouragement, feedback, and answering any questions
· Modifications to your training plan as needed throughout
· Pre-race Consult via phone call/Zoom/Facetime for final race planning and prep, race pacing and strategizing, and all other race day questions.
· 5% off anything from the Run All the Miles Shop
*This program is appropriate for beginner to advanced athletes. For novice athletes who are completely new to fitness/exercise/running, I recommend completing the Basebuilding or Run/Walk program prior to starting this 10-16 week training plan.
