About This Program
This program is designed to introduce running a 5K to a first timer, or perhaps someone that hasn’t trained for a while. You will run 3 x a week in increasing intervals, and reach a distance of 3 miles before race day. The plan includes cross training and tips on stretching, strengthening and nutrition.
Program Start: Training Begins April 23rd
Program Length: 6 Weeks
Program Schedule: This is a virtual program, you will receive a daily training plan. You are welcome to join Fleet Feet South East Michigan Social Group Meet Ups
Goal Run: Fleet Feet's The Big Run 5K in Ann Arbor or Northville
