About This Program
What: This is a 6-week training program for people who love trail running or want to find their love for it.
Pre-requisites: Must be able to run or walk continuously for 3-4 miles. This is NOT a beginner running program and some running experience is required. However you do not need any trail running experience.
Meeting Days: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:00 AM at various locations in the Raleigh area. You will receive a calendar of the locations for each training day at the beginning of the program.
The program is capped at 50 participants!
