I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that my participation in Fleet Feet Nashville Training Groups and Events involves certain risks and hazards. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this training program, I hereby voluntarily assume all risks of injury, property damage, or death that may be sustained by me while participating in such activities.

I understand that the training program may involve strenuous physical activity and I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and able to participate in the activities involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in the training program to ensure that I am in suitable condition to safely engage in the activities.

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Fleet Feet Nashville and its representatives during the training program. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my removal from the program without refund.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Fleet Feet Nashville, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in the training program.

I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of Fleet Feet Nashville, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and sponsors, whether a COVID-19 illness occurs before, during, or after participation in the training program.

I grant to Fleet Feet Nashville, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize Fleet Feet, its assigns and transfers to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Fleet Feet may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Tennessee and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the waiver will continue in full legal force and effect.
