With the Official Two Cities Half Marathon Training Program you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered.
Training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery.
With our half marathon training plan, you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn and improve together, with plenty of support along the way.
All participants receive 14-week training schedules designed for their level and preference plus in-person workouts with the group twice a week. We'll step up our mileage and work together to reach your half marathon goal.

Goal Event: Two Cities Half Marathon
Duration: 14 weeks, two group training runs per week
Dates: July 26th - November 2nd, 2025
Days and times: Tuesdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 6:00am
Gear Night: Tuesday, 7/29 (Get 10% off storewide)
First day of training and KICKOFF: Saturday, July 26th at 6:00am
