With the Official Two Cities Marathon Training Program you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered.
Marathon training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery.
With our marathon training plan, you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn and improve together, with plenty of support along the way.
All participants receive 16-week training schedules designed for their level and preference plus in-person workouts with the group twice a week. We'll step up our mileage and work together to reach your marathon goal.

Program Details
Goal Event: Two Cities Marathon
Duration: 16 weeks, two group training runs per week
Dates: July 12 - November 2, 2025
Days and times: Tuesdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 6:00am
Cost: $220
Gear Night: Tuesday, 7/15 (Get 10% off storewide)
First day of training/Kickoff: Saturday, July 12th at 6:00am
