With the Official Two Cities 10KTraining Program, Powered by On, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered.
Training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery.
With our 10K training plan, you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn and improve together, with plenty of support along the way.
All participants receive 10-week training schedules designed for their level and preference plus in-person workouts with the group twice a week. We'll step up our mileage and work together to reach your goal.

Goal Event: Two Cities 10K
Duration: 10 weeks, two group training runs per week

Days and times: Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 7:00am
