Support Blue 5K Fitness

Start the New Year off with goals and a new fitness routine. This training group will get you started on your fitness journey. This is a beginner friendly program where we work to incorporate walk/run intervals with a gentle increase in weekly mileage. We will offer fun weekly routes with inclusive workouts for the walker, interval walk/runner and runner. Our twice-a-week coach led workouts will increase your fitness, keep you accountable and help make working out part of your routine. Whether you are ready to conquer your first 5k or are looking for camaraderie and a fun group to belong to as you step up your fitness, we are here to help.

Goal Event: Support Blue 5K

Duration: 7 weeks, two group training runs per week

Dates: January 4, 2025 - February 22, 2025

Days and times: Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 7:00am
