About This Program
Challenge yourself to build strength in the summer months before Two Cities training starts. Build a better running base using body weight exercises, drills and hill work. Work with our experienced coaches to get stronger, more efficient and increase speed. See the difference strength training makes in your running. Will you be sore? YES. Will it be worth it? You know it!
Workouts will be led by Felecia Nedley a Fresno State Track and Field All American who was inducted into the FSU Hall of Fame! She's a 4x Boston Marathon qualifier and experienced fitness professional. NASM certified Personal Trainer, NASM certified Fitness Nutritionist, Certified Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Coach
Duration: 8 weeks, one night per week
