About This Program
Cal Classic Half Marathon Training | All Levels
This training group is designed for every level looking to complete or compete in a half marathon. Training will be assigned appropriate to skill level with tiered workouts based on fitness level, ability and preference. Stay accountable with a training plan complete with daily assignments for running, walking, cross training, and recovery. Stay motivated, get fitter and have fun! If you are looking to work hard and stay motivated with a diverse group, this is the option for you!
Goal Event: California Classic Half Marathon
Duration: 14 weeks, two group training runs per week
Dates: January 4 - April 5, 2025
Days and times: Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 6:30am
KICKOFF: Saturday, January 4nd at 6:30am
