About This Program
In partnership with Hoka, this casual 7 week run or walk program will help you balance out all the holiday season craziness with some lighthearted group running and cheer. And what's best is that this program will leave you ready and fit to begin your Heart Mini or Flying Pig journey in January, right when the daze wears off.
Weekly Training Schedule:
- Tuesday's 6pm: Blue Ash Fleet Feet
- Wednesday's 6pm: Oakley Fleet Feet
- Saturday 8am: Blue Ash and Oakley Fleet Feet
