About This Program
If you're looking to train for your first 5K, The Big Run 5K: Finish Program is here to help you reach your goal! Over the course of 7 weeks, we'll guide you every step of the way as you work towards finishing your first 5K feeling strong, happy, and healthy. We'll celebrate together at The Big Run 5K on Global Running Day!
We'll host workouts on:
- Tuesdays in Carrboro at 6:30 pm
- Wednesdays in Durham at 6:30 pm
- Saturdays at alternating locations at 8 am
We recommend committing to two of the three workouts each week to be successful in this program! You will receive a full 7 week training plan to follow for the duration of this program.
