2 to 8 weeks of run programming
Run strategy based establishing the following:
- Short term goals< 3 months
- Long term goals> 3 months
- Days of running
- Check in frequency
Run Programming
- Updated or adjusted weekly based on progress
- Access to coach during coaching hours
- If within 25 mile radius to coach, 1 run per month
