Just getting started (or coming back from an extended break)? We have all been there. This plan will help you ease (back) into running and is based on the tried-and-true 80/20 intensity balance.

This plan is intended for those who are comfortable walking for at least 30 minutes and training intensity will be measured by pace, power, or heart rate, based on your preferences. Workouts will be exported to your GPS device*, so you can easily follow along.

*We currently support: Garmin, Coros, Wahoo, and Apple Watch
