Big group for run, big mix of people. College kids from a few different schools, Bob Tooslow, and some others.

Faubs and Aaron had 4mile tempo on track with alt paces. I paced 1st 6laps for them, then did last 6 laps with them. Finished with 5 x 400m (taking Aaron through for his 600s).

Loop from house. Dirt/lake Mary. Started mellow after this mornings workout. Little adrenaline bump when a ladies dog came running at me in the woods with her desperately yelling for him to stop. He jumped up, but didn't bite luckily.
