Warmed up with Steph for a mile. Then ran around London marathon course while she raced. Start and stop, some decent stretches of running, a few fast sections, some slow because crowd. I'll just call it 11miles total.

Run - Fartlek in Southwark Park
2mile WU, drills, 2 sets of approx 2k, 2 x 800, 4 x 300. Used the park and did 1 big loop, 2 x small loop, 4 x straight a way.
1st set: 6:31, 2:05, 2:04, 52, 52, 51, 50.
2nd set: 6:16, 2:03, 1:59, 51, 50, 51, 49.
GPS never seemed to work very well. Not a big deal, got in some decent work. Big loop approx HM effort, small loop approx 10k effort, 50ish sec efforts around 5k effort.

Run - Easy run after travel
Travel FLG - PHX - LHR. Train, then car. 20 hours total, no delays... Easy run with Steph from Tower Hotel. Went to Soutwark park and ran around a little. Slow easy pace, watch not working very well so just called 40min 5mile. Nice to get outside and run after travel.

2mile WU, drills, 1mile 5:02, 1/2mile jog 4min, 4 x 400 (75, 70, 70, 68), 1min rec after each. 800 2:17, 1/2mile jog 4min, 4 x 400 (73, 68, 68, 67), 800 2:15. CD to get to 10+miles total.

Workout followed by packing and travel to London.
